We depart to Amboseli via Kajindo in the morning after breakfast and drive south through Maasai country to the plains below Mt. Kilimanjaro where Amboseli is situated. After a picnic lunch en route with the majestic backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro, spectacular displays of wildlife animals like lions, elephants, leopards, and various plains plateaus, postcard-perfect pictures are almost always guaranteed. Amboseli National Park is known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania.
